A delicious traditional baked dish of eggplant, tomato & fresh mozzarella cheese.
Not a fan of eggplant, neither were my kids before they ate this dish!
Eaten with a side salad or even on a panini, it makes a great vegetarian option that is too time consuming to make often yourself.
Bake at home or ask us to baked it ready for pickup.

180 degrees for 50 mins from frozen or 30 mins if thawed.
