The symbol of an Italian Christmas, our Panettone are handmade and freshly baked in store.  The process takes 48 hours, giving our Panettone truly unique flavours, perfume and texture as you would expect when buying fresh from a Pasticceria.  Cakes need to be stored in a cool dry place and we suggest eaten within 2-3 weeks depending on the humidity. They can also be frozen.

This cake is a fruit free Panettone with pistachio crema.

*Our Panettone are baked fresh without preservatives and this variety will go mouldy if not kept in a cool dry (humidity free) environment.  If you aren't sure, you can keep in the fridge or freezer or pickup from us as close to the date of serving.


Please make sure you select a pick up date. If ordering for the next day, please note your order will be available after midday to give us time to freshly bake and prepare the order.

All other orders will be ready for pick up at the time you select.  Please come anytime after your selected pickup time, no need to call ahead to notify us.

Christmas Orders are available for pickup from the Ashgrove store. Whilst pickup is preferred, safe delivery is of the utmost important, please contact us if you would like any recommendations or assistance.
