Italian ‘pick-me-up’ torte consisting of savoiardi dipped in coffee liquor between layers of mascarpone cream then covered in white chocolate shards all over.
*This cake with be given to you in a frozen form for safe transporting. If you'd prefer to eat it fully defrosted if will take approx. 40 mins depending on the weather. Storing it in your fridge and then leaving it out before serving is the best, otherwise it will defrost after sliced very quickly Eating it partially frozen in centre is the custom in Italy.*
Please make sure you select a pick up date. If ordering for the next day, please note your order will be available after midday to give us time to freshly bake and prepare the order.
All other orders will be ready for pick up at the time you select. Please come anytime after your selected pickup time, no need to call ahead to notify us.
Orders are available for pickup from the Ashgrove store only. We don't deliver however happy to put your order in an Uber kerbside if required.

All of Gerbino's cakes are vegetarian and can be made halal compliant.
